A season's board lists players whose rating has stopped being a guess, which takes 10 ranked games in that season. Every season starts this way — the rollover puts everybody's game count back to zero.

The four tiers
A tier is a word for a rating, and nothing more — it does not gate a queue, a deck or a mode. Everybody starts at 1200, on the Grand Line.
