Develop a Rocks Pirates board while removing theirs, and never run out of cards doing it.

What it does well: The Leader draws two on most attacks, so the deck effectively never runs out of gas.
It removes the opponent's board while building its own, which is historically the winning shape.
Where it struggles: Its cards have no Counter values — the board IS the defence, so clearing the board is the answer.
A Leader that has to attack to work is exposed to anything that stops it attacking.
